Sometimes when we facing the design task, we don’t know how to start. However using the right tool will help you find the direction. With the good planning skill, you can face the design challenges calmly.
I would like to introduce UX strategy blueprint which how I am used to planing the design tasks.

The canvas of UX strategy blueprint provides very clear indications.You can simply follow the description to generate the ideas of planning. Combing those online tools such as MIRO, it’s also possible to do it with sticky notes.
After follow the steps on the canvas, you will get a clear view of how to complete the topics.

Some method like Mindmap is also good for planning. Just choose the tool you are familiar with.
Finally, sharing your plan with your teammates, product designer shouldn’t go it alone. While you have the clear scope, you can easily work with project managers and team.
